The PDF file on the LEFT presents our fee structure. Fees are billed in increments upon the filing of various documents, as the case proceeds. This Schedule indicates when and how much of the fee is due. Fees and discounts may change annually on October 1st.

In addition to the ISS fees presented in the Schedule, you will be responsible for some, but not all, of the costs incurred in your employee's filing. Costs for which you are responsible typically include filing and advertising fees, credential evaluation services, medical examinations, photographs, translation services, travel expenses for the employee to the CIS office (if necessary), etc. We have provided an estimate of the basic costs for which you may be responsible.

We will not charge you for typical office administration functions required in completing your submission. Our fees include, for example, photocopy, long distance telephone, fax, postage, express, certified or priority mail charges.

We must RECEIVE all pertinent CIS filing fees BEFORE we can send your petition to the CIS.
